The Sterile Piston Irrigation Syringe (MedLine DYND20325) provides continuous, single-hand technique with a stable thumb ring, which is ideal for one-handed use. This disposable syringe is sterile and holds up to 60 cc of fluid in the barrel of the container.

The MedLine 60 cc Piston Irrigation Syringe has an extra-large opening and an elongated tip that allows for easy removal of mucous shreds and clots.

It is recommended for after surgery use, to fill your syringe with warm salt water and irrigate the area between 2-3 times a day for several weeks

How Does an Irrigation Syringe Work?

Unlike the bulb irrigation syringe, which operates by squeezing the bulb, piston irrigation is designed with a thumb ring that helps easily disperse the contents of the syringe.
