Order Tracking

If you need to track your order, you may request a tracking number. Tracking numbers are available 24 hours after you have placed an order. To receive your tracking number, please send an email to [email protected]. Include your original order confirmation number. Orders are processed on business days only.  It may take up to 72 hours for a reply to your email request.

Finding your Order Number

Your order number is located in the confirmation email Vitality Medical sent you following your order, as well as on your receipt at checkout. It looks like this: 100111932 (this is merely an example, it is not your number).

You can also find the tracking and status of your order by visiting our Track My Order page. You will need to provide your order number and email address.
