NutriHep 1.5 is a Medical Food formulated for patients with hepatic disease. NutriHep contains 1.5 kCal per mL serving or 375 calories per 250 mL. Manufactured by Nestle, NutriHep 1.5 is used to help decrease metabolic end products. NutriHep has a high MCT to LCT ration to facilitate greater absorption. This calorie dense nutritional tube feeding helps to management fluid intake. NutriHep may be used for tube feeding or oral supplementation.
