DeRoyal Oil Emulsion Non-Adhering Wound Dressing

Non-Adherent Oil Emulsion Dressing (DeRoyal 46-620) is ideal for heavily draining wounds as well as sensitive areas caused by burns, grafts or post-surgery. The non-adherent dressing is gentle on skin while promoting a healing environment. It is best used as a primary dressing and covered by an absorbent secondary dressing such as gauze rolls. The oil infused into the material of the dressing allows any exudate to pass through the primary dressing to be absorbed by gauze, keeping the wound environment clean. With the oil in the fabric next to the skin, the environment remains moist enough to facilitate the healing process even more.

Oil-Emulation Primary Dressing has been sterilized and individually wrapped to maintain sterility. The fabric of the dressing is knitted for comfort, and is also easy to cut to size if needed for smaller wounds. Each dressing pad measures three inches by three inches.
