Model 163 Atomizer

The Drive Medical Model 163 Atomizer is an all-purpose atomizer designed for use with both aqueous solutions, (a solution where the dissolving medium is water) and viscous solutions (e.g. glycerol). It can be used for the treatment of decubitus ulcer (bed sores), wound cleansing, and wound debriding (removal of unhealthy tissue from a wound to promote healing).

The Drive Model 163 Atomizer features an adjustable tip that that can be positioned up or down to reach even the most inaccessible areas. A tight-fitting "O" ring is seated in the atomizer head to ensure precise and steady delivery of medication. The spray tube can be detached from the atomizer and replaced for disinfection and is constructed with material safe for heat sterilization. This atomizer is compatible with a No 1 bulb or a No 630 Bleeder-Type cut-off assembly.
