The back brace is able to supply varying levels of support with adjustable stays. The metal stays are removable, sliding in and out of pockets on the back of the brace. The back panel is eleven inches long, providing support and compression, while the front is tapered to make sitting more comfortable.

OTC 2890 Lumbosacral Support Brace is secured with an easy hook and loop fastening to make it secure yet easy to adjust as needed until you are able to find the optimal combination of comfort and support. To assist in finding the right balance, the brace comes in seven different sizes, from X-Small to 2X as well as a universal size. It comes in a simple white color and is constructed with flexible elastic so as not to constrict breathing.

For additional pain relief, the Lower Back Support with Thermo Pad is similar in design, but also contains the ability to maintain heat provided by the body as well as by the thermo-pad. This helps the muscles to relax and assists with pain relief while wearing the brace. However, it does not contain the abdominal uplift and focuses solely on the lower back.
