Most websites carried only poor pictures of the footrests, and I knew that there were close and more distant fasteners, and many people got the wrong ones. Vitality not only had part numbers listed, they actually had TELEPHONE support, seeming on the way out everywhere else (like no Amazon phones). I paid more for quicker shipping and it arrived 48 hours after I ordered them. Please do not become like the bigger companies Vitality, and your prices were half of what I was quoted by a warehouse in Atlanta.
