Film Dressing X-Large provides an ideal environment for wound healing. Transparent film dressings act and feel like a second skin as it securely adheres to the skin. Each piece of film is 10-1/4 x 11-7/8 inches. Flexibility allows placement on hard-to-dress areas, like near joints and body curvatures. Scissor lines are printed on the film for more accurate wound matching application. To apply, first, rinse the wound with a saline solution. Next, mark off the wound area on the film dressing with a marker. The dressing can be trimmed for further custom sizing.
