Drive Medical Comet Tyke Anterior Gait Trainer is a wheeled walker trainer for small children weighing less than 100 pounds. To prevent the child's legs from scissoring, the Tyke Gait Trainer features ankle prompts. A pelvic stabilizer supports and braces the pelvis. For children who are unable to stand independently, a seat harness supports the child when using the gait trainer.
