Been using a pessary for over a year now. Had problems with it not doing it's job. Ordered this one in one size bigger and what a difference. Because this one is flexible it works with you instead of against you, stays in place a whole lot better than the other one, just remember to not over do it on the lubrication.

Far more comfortable than the previous 2 styles which I had received from physician ofc., Those caused subtle head & chest pressures. It took several weeks to identify what was causing the pressures. Had very little of it with the donut style. Plan to get a size smaller of the donut style.

I found the donut to be very good for what i need. It was easy to use and stayed in place without any problems. I recomend this for anyone who has prolaps as bad as mine.

I've been really pleased with the results using the donut pessary. It has made a huge improvement to my prolapse symptoms.

The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that the seam is just a little bit rough. Not bad though.
