This is a brilliant product that filled an unmet need for me. I suffer from fecal incontinence and have had to start wearing adult diapers. When I have an accident with the diaper alone, I have to discard/change the whole diaper, which can prove tricky when I'm away from the house. I now use a single stackable on top of the diaper, which will ofter suffice to catch the accident. I remove that pad and replace it. Much easier. Much more discreet. I've also tried stacking the pads in regular underwear and find that design to be very smart. I really hope they contiune to make this product, which has been a lifesaver for me.
