Concentrates and Juices

Concentrated juices are available in a wide variety of flavors and have similar nutritional benefits as regular juice when prepared properly. Not all concentrates are created equal and in order to get the highest value of nutrients from each one, instruction on each bottle should be followed exactly.

When choosing a juice concentrate, try to avoid added sugars, which are often found in pre mixed juice blends. Juices and concentrates that contain the highest nutritional value should be labeled as 100-percent-juice. Blends that contain high-fructose corn syrup should also be avoided.

Health Benefits

Concentrated juice has a high amount of vitamins and minerals that are equal to the benefits of freshly squeezed juice. For example, vitamin C, A and B9 can be found in papaya juice. Dynamic Health Papaya Puree Papain Enzyme has been known to seal cancer-causing toxins, treat gastric problems and indigestion and add a glow to the skin. Black Cherry, Elderberry and Cranberry concentrate have post-workout recovery benefits. They contain minerals that maintain blood pressure, hydration and muscle recovery.

Organic supplements, drops or even jams, such as the Organic India Chywanprash Herbal Jam are also packed with nutrients. Let nature help you keep your body healthy and happy.
