Description
Product Overview
CanDo Foam Rollers, made by Fabrication Enterprises, are high-quality foam rollers for physical therapy, balance, spinal stabilization, strengthing exercises, myofascial release, and more. Enhance your workout, stretching, and massage options with this rigid foam roller. Incorporate the CanDo High-Density Foam Roller to enhance your workout using other exercise equipment, such as bands, tubing, weights and exercise balls.
EVA Foam Roller
Blue marble in color, CanDo EVA Foam Rollers truly stands out as a premium roller, made of ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA), a dense, closed-cell foam. It is heavy-duty and extra-firm while offering mid-range pressure. Its extra firm density and smooth surface make it feel softer than composite EPP foam which may be less painful when rolling soft tissue. The durability of EVA foam lends well to any age group since its structure will support full body weight when performing myofascial release.
Composite EPP Foam Roller
CanDo Black Composite Foam Rollers are made of (EPP) expanded polypropylene foam, also a closed-cell bead foam with firm density. It is firmer than standard (PE) polyethylene rollers for outstanding energy absorption/impact resistance and it supports full body weight. This composite build increases durability and tensile strength so that there is consistent pressure during the exercises. The firmness in the Foam Rollers is truly bar-none over typical mushy roller foam cushions so that consistent pressure is used when rolling over trigger points and massaging soft tissue of the thighs, calves, lower back, and glutes. This movement gently warms the muscle to massage out trigger point resulting in reduced pain, increased blood flow to increase flexibility and range of motion.
An example of this is using the CanDo Foam Roller 6 x 36 inch for rolling out the sciatic nerve. Rolling out the nerve in a seated position begins to release the tight tissue in the quads and glutes to alleviate pain from sciatica.
The Benefits of Foam Rolling

Do I need a Full or Half Roller?
