Who Uses This Product? The moisture barriers are ideal for patients receiving hospital or home care who require protection over a surgical site, PICC line, dressing, ostomy pouch, or orthopedic cast while showering.

Why Give It a Try: The waterproof barrier is gentle on the skin and seals on all sides to ensure water doesnt enter and compromise the site or cause infection. Using the barrier also adds convenience and reduces waste by allowing dressings and ostomy pouches to remain in place while showering.

The AquaGuard Dressing Cover is a single-use polyethylene moisture barrier used when showering to protect wounds, dressings, ostomy pouches, and more. The moisture barrier sheets come in a variety of sizes with a gentle adhesive border to create a seal. The full-sleeve glove protects anywhere from the hand to the shoulder to maintain a watertight seal of a peripheral IV line or PICC line so it isnt exposed to waterborne bacteria.

Full Sleeve Shower Gloves - also referred to as an AquaGuard PICC Line Cover, is a full-sleeve shower glove that covers the hand, wrist, elbow, and arm. In addition to protecting PICC lines or peripheral IV sites, it is applied to protect a cast, dressing, surgical site, or tattoos that are healing. 

Square and Rectangle Shower Sheets - are available in a variety of sizes to apply over the torso, arm, or leg.

• Do not reuse.
• Sleeves are a suffocation hazzard. Use and dispose of with caution.
• Do not use for swimming or bathing.
• Do not apply to skin with lotion.
• Do not use if the product is punctured or shows signs of wear.

Are the moisture barriers reusable?
No. The barriers are for one-time use to prevent infection. The full-sleeve shower glove isnt reusable, but the Water-Seal Band can be reused since its placed outside the sleeve.

How tight should the band be over the sleeve?
The band buckle should be snug against the arm. An effective seal is achieved if a finger cant be inserted underneath the band.

Can the barriers be trimmed to size?
A cover with adhesive may not be trimmed or the adhesive will be compromised. The sleeves may be trimmed in length to properly fit the arm.
