AquaBells Travel Weights, For Health, Home and Travel

AquaBells ankle weight, 20-minite workout.

1. Cow Pose-knee to nose, 10 reps each leg.
2. Plank-knee to elbow, 10 reps on each side.
3. Legs kicks, one minute sprint.
4. Alternating leg crunch, one minute sprint.
5. Side Leg extension, ten reps on each leg.
6. Repeat workout four times with a 20-second break after last exercise.
