AlbaHealth C.A.R.E Anti-Embolism Compression Stockings

AlbaHealth offers innovative Anti-Embolism Stockings for optimal support and comfort. Both the C.A.R.E. and UltraCare brand of compression stockings are knit to deliver compression to key points along the leg to maintain blood flow and reduce swelling. Anti-embolism stockings are used after surgery to prevent blood clots and treat conditions that cause poor blood flow to the legs such as varicose and spider veins. Vitality Medical carries these open toe stockings in knee, leg and waist lengths as well as closed toe options. The stockings are given a color coding for easy detection of size on the heel and open inspection toe.

AlbaHealth C.A.R.E stockings are constructed with a two-way stretch fabric that easily glides on the leg and conforms to the leg without a tourniquet effect. The heel naturally slides in place with the integrated heel pouch for effortless heel alignment. There is also a visible alignment indictor to prevent stocking from twisting during application process. A built-in comfort panel in the thigh and waist region provides added stretch to accommodate for edema. The outward facing seam won't leave skin depressions and the ribbed material at the ankle crest reduces material from bunching up and wearing against the skin.
