Ankle and Foot Ice and Heat Wrap

The Ankle and Foot Wrap delivers convenient hot or cold therapy to three specific regions of the ankle and foot. The wrap allows the two flexible gel packs to be placed over the target regions such as the Achilles tendon, ankle or plantar fascia. This gives uniform ice or cold therapy right where you need it to get relief for ankle sprains, heel spurs, plantar fasciitis, Sever's Disease and to achy and swollen feet. ActiveWrap is the patented original wrap allowing for these configurations inside a compression wrap.

ActiveWrap uses professional medical grade materials on the inside and smooth outer jersey material with Active Medical Plush™ compression technology. The wrap is stitched with a hook and loop fasteners with flat-lock stitching for rugged use and to stand up to washing. The hot and cold gel packs are reuseable and made with a non-toxic gel that never hardens, so it always conforms for optimal surface area against the foot. The inserted gel packs are comfortable and won't move around or leak.

For hot therapy, simply microwave packs in a bowl with water and microwave to the desired temperature. For cold therapy, the packs need to freeze for two to three hours. It's recommended to administer therapy to injured area in 20 minute intervals and repeat. It's recommended to have extra replacement packs on hand to ensure gel is ready for each treatment.
