Brad Packer is Vitality Medical’s Founder and Chief Executive Officer. Brad started Vitality Medical in 2000 shortly after completing his graduate degree from Medical College of Virginia, earning a Master’s in Health Administration. While employed as a registered nurse Brad identified the need for readily accessible consumer medical supplies and envisioned an online solution. After completing graduate school, he seized the opportunity to start Vitality Medical. Working weekend nights as a nurse and weekdays as entrepreneur Brad and his team of dedicated co-workers have launched, built, and scaled one of the foremost leading companies in the online medical supply market. Vitality Medical has been recognized as an Inc 5000 growth company five times and has always shown year over year growth while maintaining consistent profitability.

Brad’s prior experience includes two decades working in the hospital environment as an associate and registered nurse, gaining diverse patient and medical products experience. Brad’s broad nursing experience included specialties in NeuroScience, ICU, Vascular, Transplant, Orthopedics, Telemetry, Rehab, and Home Care. This experience contributed to Brad's knowledge and application of many medical products and fostered a deep sensitivity towards those who use them.

Brad was joined by Rukiya Belagam as his marketer in 2005. The duo's synergy led to early revenue breakouts and fast-paced growth. This work success led to a joy in friendship and love and the two are now married with four children. Brad's favorite pastimes are spending time with his wife and children, hiking, water skiing, snowmobiling, and working at Vitality Medical.
