Intermittent Catheter Options
- Straight Catheter is a flexible catheter with a straight tip that is rounded and has an opening on the side of the catheter tube.
- Coude Catheter is a flexible catheter with a bend or elbow curvature to facilitate navigation of the uretha in men. Coude Catheters are also used for women with urethral blockage or narrowing. The coude catheter is often used when a straight catheter is unsuitable.

- Foley Catheter is a specially tipped catheter with a balloon device. The balloon tip of the catheter is enlarged to fix or keep the catheter in position within the bladder. A 3-way Foley Catheter has an additional inlet used for irrigation.
