Small, comfortable unisex design with re-usable moisture detector that attaches inside the underwear. Awakens child by detecting even the slightest amount of urine. An optional disposable, paper-based pad can be used to help secure detector. Unit measures 3 x 1(5/8) x (3/4)". Includes four 1.4V batteries.

- The Urosensor is placed in the underwear and when wet with urine, triggers the alarm to wake the bedwetter.
- Over the next few days or weeks, the child begins to learn to wake more and more quickly until he or she is beating the alarm and waking before wetting starts.
- The child then consistently wakes every time he or she needs to go to the bathroom.
