The Sitter II from Posey can be used with any number of Posey's bed or chair sensor options. This flexibility allows a caregiver to use the Sitter II in Bed and Chair applications. Plus, for added safety and convenience, 10 alarm tones are available as well as a recordable voice option to help calm the patient and differentiate between other facility alarms. A nurse call interface is integrated into the device so that the in-room alarm can be silenced while a nurse still receives the signal. Plus, indicator lights display the alarms status that can be seen from any angle. One of the best features of the Sitter II is its adjustable delay. By adjusting the delay time of the alarm you can prevent false alarms when working with restless sleepers. A "HOLD" feature is also available so that a patient can be moved from the sensor for up to six hours without reprogramming the device.The Sitter II can also be integrated with the Wireless Nurse Call System to provide easy notification to caregivers of falls or movement.
