Description of KCI Pulse IC Pump Garments:

The KCI Pulse IC Pump is effective in preventing DVTs. It utilizes intermittent pressure to pump blood back up the leg. The unit is portable and extremely simple to administer and operate.

The PulseIC offers a clinically effective method for aiding increased venous blood flow and helping to prevent clot formation. Used before, during and after surgery, the PulseIC can help reduce the threat of deep vein thrombosis (DVT) and pulmonary embolism (PE).
