Recently added to Health O Meter's quality line of physician scales is this new medium capacity beam scale. Built to last from the finest materials, the scale comes with a completely metal height rod, and a durable steel construction on a large base. A plastic platform cover surrounds the lower part of the scale making cleaning simple and easy. The platform measures 14 1/4" x 10 1/4" and rests on a 14 1/4" x 10 1/4" x 4 1/4" base.The height rod of the scale uses a patented Silent Slide technology for smooth, quiet operation and adjusts from 24" to 84" (by 1/8 in) or 60 cm to 213 cm (by 1 mm). Both the beam and the height rod have permanent, engraved readings of both pounds and kilograms. All in all the scale has a shipping weight of 41 lbs, measures 59" high with a beam length of 18 1/2". The scale has a maximum capacity of 450 lbs (200 kg) which is measureable in 1/4 lb (100g) increments. The Medium Capacity Beam Scale comes with a 3 Year Warranty.
