Buying a Golden Technologies Lift Chair from Vitality Medical affords you the opportunity to select 1 of 4 different shipping options: Curbside, Remote Curbside, Residential (In-Home), or Whiteglove. The cost of standard Curbside delivery is already included in the chair price, with each alternate shipping option being displayed above with their price over and above standard Curbside delivery. Simply add your chair and then your selected shipping upgrade to your cart as if it was a regular product.
Details of Delivery:
Curbside:
- Item is taken off delivery truck and placed at the location property.
- Chair is not taken inside
- Cost is included in the purchase price of the chair
Remote Curbside:
- Similar to standard Curbside delivery, the chair is taken off the truck on the delivery location
- Chair is not carried inside
- This option must be selected if your delivery location is considered "Rural". Please call our Customer Service Department at 1-800-397-5899 or View the List of Rural Zip Codes to verify your location's status.
Residential In-Home Delivery:
- Chair is taken inside by delivery technicians
Whiteglove:
- Your chair will be carried inside, set up, and inspected by our Delivery Technicians
 The Elite Comforter Small Lift Recliner is one of four available Comforter-Style Lift Recliners made by Golden Technologies and available here at Vitality Medical. This Extra Wide Lift Recliner is similar in design to the rest of the Comforter Series of life recliners but comes with a higher weight capacity, 500 lbs, and a 27.5" width between arms. The back and supports of the Comforter have been made even stronger than the standard chair to make larger or obese individuals feel comfortable in the chair. Even the leg extension has been made stronger to support extra weight.  And as part of the Comforter series it still features a hand-stuffed seam back that provides both comfort and exceptional lumbar support. These chairs also use a Full Chaise Pad to make all 3 positions of the Lift Recliner comfortable. Operating the Lift Recliner is easy with a simple two button control. Press up to use the Comforter's power lift technology to help you stand, or press down to gently lower yourself to a seated position, then recline back to a "Full Napper" position.The mechanism and core of the chair is hand crafted at the Golden Technologies facility to perform year after year and is backed by a LifeTime Warranty on the Chair & Lift Frame as well as the Recline Mechanism. Also integrated this Golden Technologies chair is the SmartTek System. This patent pending system will help you diagnose any problems you may be having with your lift chair.The Recliner is still available in four designer patterns that you should see displayed on the right side of the screen. Unfortunately, the Dorado Tan fabric is not available for the Extra Wide Recliner.Like other Golden Technologies chairs, the Extra Wide Comforter comes with an Easy Access Battery Back-up System so you if the power goes out you still have the ability to return the chair to its normal position and not become trapped.
