The package cannot be accepted without the RA number showing on the outside of the box.Re-Stocking Fees: % charge is based on price of the product before shipping.25% charge: When the scale has been opened and used. No trouble is found on the returned unit.
20% charge: When the scale has been ordered incorrectly or refused upon delivery and another model is not desired.
10% charge: When the scale is ordered incorrectly but a replacement scale is ordered.
0% charge: When a scale is returned because of a Detecto error.No returns will be accepted after 90 days.
