Returns: Returns will not be accepted unless approved in writing. To obtain return authorization, call 1-800-397-5899. After authorization, returns must be shipped to the Detecto factory FREIGHT PREPAID. No replacements after 90 days.Note: It is important that the Return Authorization number appear on the outside of the box, near the shipping label.
