After authorization, returns must be shipped to the Detecto factory FREIGHT PREPAID. The package cannot be accepted without the RA number showing on the outside of the box.Re-Stocking Fees: % charge is based on price of the product before shipping.25% charge: When the scale has been opened and used. 20% charge: When the scale has been ordered incorrectly or refused upon delivery and another model is not desired.
