The clinical benefits of the DuoDERM CGF formulation are supported by over 500 published studies.DuoDERM CGF Border can be used as a primary or secondary dressing. DuoDERM CGF Border dressings are indicated for use on lightly to moderately exuding wounds where additional dressing security is required.

How DuoDERM CGF Border Dressings work:DuoDERM CGF (control gel formula) Border dressings interact with wound exudate to produce a soft gel mass that enables removal of the dressing with minimal damage to newly formed granulating tissues. DuoDERM CGF Border dressing’s unique hydrocolloid composition provides an optimal moist wound environment that is supportive of the wound-healing process, 1-3 aids autolytic debridement and 4 protects the wound by creating a bacterial and viral (HIV and HBV) barrier while the dressing remains intact. DuoDERM CGF Border can remain in place for up to 7 days. For complete instruction for use, refer to package insert.
