You have two ways to submit your price match request:

1. Call us at 1-800-397-5899. We are open Monday-Friday from 7:00am-5:00pm MST. You must provide the competitors URL (web address) and other information necessary to verify the product and lower price.


2. Request a price match on-line by completing and submitting the above form. We will contact you and let you know if we are able to match the price. You will need to include the competitors URL, price for the item and your contact information. We will acknowledge your request within 1 business day.

Which items does Vitality Medical price match?
Almost everything we sell. The item must be identical, including model number, components and U.S. warranty. The item must be in stock and available for purchase at that price from an authorized U.S. reseller, whose authorization we reserve the right to verify. For a price match, the item must be in stock at the competition and in factory-new condition. The competitor must maintain a satisfactory rating with the Better Business Bureau.

How do Vitality Medical additional discounts work with the Vitality Medical Price Match Policy?
Coupons and other promotions are not valid with the price match guarantee. We do not honor “Buy one / Get one Free” advertisements. We do not honor retailer misprints or typographical misprints.

Are delivery charges included in the price match?
Yes. Since Vitality Medical orders are delivered with free shipping for orders over $100 or a low flat rate for orders under $100 we will include the competitors shipping and handling fees and time of shipping in the price comparisons.
