Order Tracking

If you need to track your order, you may request a tracking number.  Tracking numbers are available 24 hrs after you have placed your order.  To get your tracking number Send an email to ordertracking@vitalitymedical.com.  Include your original order confirmation number.  Orders are processed on business days only.  It may take up to 72 hours for a reply to your email request.

Finding your Order Number

Your order number is located in the confirmation email Vitality Medical sent you following your order, as well as on your receipt at checkout.  It looks like this:

123456 – 654321
(this is an example it is not your number)
