KCI (NuTech)

Thigh Circumference: Wrap the tape measure around your thigh 2 inches below the buttocks.
Arm Circumference: Wrap the tape measure around your arm as close to the armpit as possible.
Ankle Circumference: Align the tape measure to be 1 inch above the ankle bone.
Leg Length: Measure from the bottom of the buttocks to the floor.
Arm Length: Start the tape measure at the armpit and measure to the fingertips.
