Customer Service position immediately available to provide customer support and assist in managing and processing orders including shipping of some small items. Applicants must have excellent communication skills and be capable of providing professional phone support and maintain an organized work space while multi-tasking. Must also have strong computer skills working with standard Microsoft Office programs ie: Word, Excel, & Internet Explorer. Database Administrator

Database Administrator needed to mainstream, manage & update current database system while maintaining a high-level of quality control. This includes researching & adding new products, and design and implementation of tables/queries. Must also have an understanding of the marketing process from strategy to production & delivery. Some customer service backup is expected. 3+ years Ms Access experience, Strong knowledge of database architecture and querying & MS migration upsizing wizard experience preferred.
